The Senior IT Administrator will be responsible for managing
all IT-related operations across the organization, including system
administration, network and server management, hardware/software maintenance,
IT asset tracking, and ensuring data security and uptime. This role demands a
proactive professional who can handle IT operations independently and
efficiently.

Manage and maintain company servers, LAN/WAN
networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.

Oversee installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting of hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.

Handle IT infrastructure planning, upgrades, and
preventive maintenance.
·
Monitor system performance and ensure data
integrity and security across platforms.
·
Manage backup systems and disaster recovery
plans.
·
Maintain IT inventory records including assets,
licenses, and consumables.
·
Administer user accounts, permissions, and
security access levels.
·
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software
renewals, and equipment procurement.
·
Provide technical support to internal teams and
ensure minimal downtime.
·
Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards,
and cybersecurity protocols.
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a
related field.
·
4–6 years of proven experience in IT
administration or a similar role.
·
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers,
Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
·
Hands-on experience with network infrastructure
(LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
·
Knowledge of data backup, security, and storage
solutions.
·
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
·
Strong documentation, reporting, and inventory
management abilities.
·
Ability to work independently and manage
multiple priorities.
