Position – Jr. Account Manager

The Jr. Account Manager (Trainee) is a 6–9 months development role
designed to build a strong foundation in research, data accuracy, and process
management before moving into full account management responsibilities.
This role is designed as a structured career progression program, beginning as
a Jr. Account Manager (Trainee) to build a strong understanding of our
business, with the opportunity to advance to a client-facing Account Manager
role within 6–9 months, based on performance and readiness.
CTC- 4.20 LPA + Monthly Performance Incentive + Annual

Requirements
· 01:30PM – 10:30 PM IST (Includes break) during summers and 02:30PM – 11:30 PM IST (Includes break) during winters.
· Strong Written and Verbal English Communication Skills

Should not be fresher - 2nd or 3rd Role (Minimum
1 Year Exp.)

Intermediate MS Excel skills

Verify and maintain accurate company and contact

Perform data formatting and validation (Excel,

Submit daily and monthly reports, ensuring
quality and productivity standards are met.

Document workflows, client feedback, and
service-specific details in our knowledge systems.
·
Participate in training sessions, develop
SOPs/FAQs, and support testing processes.
