The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing
all financial and compliance aspects of the company including taxation, audits,
balance sheets, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate must have strong
expertise in GST, TDS, accounting standards, and export-import compliances,
preferably from a similar industry background.

Manage complete accounting operations including
finalization of accounts, financial statements, and reporting.

Prepare and review balance sheets, profit &
loss accounts, and cash flow statements on a monthly and annual basis.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS,
and Income Tax returns.
·
Oversee statutory audits, internal audits, and
tax audits in coordination with auditors.
·
Ensure compliance with all direct and indirect
tax regulations, company law requirements, and financial policies.
·
Handle export-import documentation, invoicing,
and related accounting and taxation processes.
·
Manage foreign currency transactions and ensure
compliance with FEMA regulations.
·
Monitor working capital, cost control, and
budgeting processes.
·
Provide financial insights to management for
strategic decision-making.
·
Ensure timely reconciliation of bank, vendor,
and customer accounts.
·
Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP and
ensure smooth accounting operations.
·
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4–6
years of post-qualification experience.
·
Experience in the petrochemical, manufacturing,
or export-import industry preferred.
·
Strong understanding of accounting principles,
auditing standards, and tax laws.
·
Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC
compliance, and other statutory filings.
·
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and
financial analysis tools.
·
Knowledge of export-import taxation,
documentation, and compliance requirements.
·
Excellent analytical, communication, and
problem-solving skills.
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a
high level of accuracy and integrity.
